- 1.0 out of 5 stars from chalin -- Overall good-but can’t use : We have received TWO now defective/torn/used costumes. TWO!!! NOT happy!!! My daughter was super happy to get this costume but we still can’t use it. Both are used and smell like bad body odor (like something died), both had missing screws in the battery pack allowing the batteries to fall out. Both are torn (one torn in the back seam not allowing the costume to fully inflate, the other the mouth is torn and has thread all over that’s pulling out. The ace ons one has stains all over it from where it’s been used previously. This has the potential to be a great costume if we could get a new/not torn one. I’d say you’re pushing too tall to bother with this if you are more than 5’8” unless you want to pull the foot holes up to your knees. It does seem to be made fairly well though. So if you’re average height or a little shorter it’d be awesome. In my case standing comfortably put my head at a point the only way I can see out of it is straight down. This costume was way too short on his arms. The mittens came with both of the same side hand. So one had to be worn upside down. The arm had a small hole in it at a seam. The costume did not stay inflated all of the way as he walked around and constantly fell over his face where he couldn’t see. It was more of a hassle than anything.
